Take A Trip Change A Life is a soulful, purpose-driven, social enterprise dedicated to positively transforming lives and engaging with humanity through transformative travel experiences. Caritas Smile's mission is to inspire, educate and empower women and children worldwide by performing goal driven acts of kindness to communities in need in the US and in developing countries – mainly Domincan Republic.

I had a wonderful experience. It was total submersion into the community. We saw the highs and lows of the areas and learned about the culture first hand. We helped where we could and spread love and happiness wherever we went. The community was always welcoming and grateful. All of the staff was top notch and made us feel like family! The accommodations offered breathtaking views. The food was so delicious. I cannot say enough good things about my trip. I am full of gratitude for the experience and for meeting Sixcia. She is an amazing lady blessing so many lives!!!!!

This trip and experience were outstanding. We filled ourselves through service in two small local communities of the Dominican Republic AND we had adventure and cultural immersion as well. The service activities included medical clinic and donated giveaways along with activities and games. The adventure included waterfall hike, farm tour, coffee excursion, and casabe making excursion. We ate delicious, local, meals prepared by our chef and were welcomed like family to the communities we served. i highly recommend this for anyone interested in service-related trips.

I came into this trip exhausted and bruised, and left inspired and full of energy! This was the ultimate mix of adventure, wellness, and purpose. The entire experience was curated beautifully, and the other travellers in my group were fantastic; I've taken so many friendships home with me. Worth the investment on so many levels!
